By accessing or using UnifiedLoanMarket's platform, mobile application, or services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and UnifiedLoanMarket Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, India.

Important Disclaimer

We are not a lender and do not provide loans directly. We facilitate connections between borrowers and lenders. Final loan approval and terms are determined by the respective lenders.

3. Eligibility and User Registration

5. Loan Application Process

When you submit a loan application through our platform, you authorize us to share your information with potential lenders for evaluation purposes. This includes sharing with credit bureaus for credit assessment.

Credit Assessment

We may conduct credit checks and verify your information through various sources including credit bureaus, banks, employers, and government databases. You consent to such verification processes.

Lender Matching

Based on your profile and requirements, we will present suitable loan offers from our partner lenders. You are free to choose any offer or decline all offers without any obligation.

Final Approval

Final loan approval, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the chosen lender. We do not guarantee loan approval or specific terms. Each lender has their own underwriting criteria and policies.

6. Fees and Charges

Platform Fees

Service Fees

Our platform services are generally free for borrowers. We may charge nominal fees for premium services or expedited processing.

Processing Fees

Any processing fees are charged directly by lenders and are clearly disclosed before loan acceptance.

Third-Party Charges

Credit report fees, document verification charges, and other third-party costs may apply as per actual usage.

Fee Transparency

All applicable fees and charges will be clearly disclosed before you proceed with any paid service.

8. Regulatory Compliance

RBI Guidelines Compliance

We maintain strict AML and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002, and related regulations.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership

All content, features, and functionality of the UnifiedLoanMarket platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Our platform integrates with third-party services including lenders, credit bureaus, and payment processors. We are not liable for the performance, availability, or actions of these third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion and mediation before resorting to legal proceedings. Alternative dispute resolution mechanisms may be explored where appropriate.
